About
Prisma® Cloud is the industry’s most comprehensive cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) with the broadest security and compliance coverage—for applications, data, and the entire cloud-native technology stack—throughout the development lifecycle and across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
My Role
As the Principal Designer, I assume responsibility for interaction design, competitive analysis, wireframing, and prototyping workflows for the Prisma Cloud application. My collaboration extends to closely working with our users, product management team, engineering team, and user experience teams across multiple locations.
Together, we deliver meticulously crafted application designs, shaping the Prisma Cloud application through a user-centered design process, with our users serving as our guiding anchors.

Live Experience by Oracle
About
Live Experience's visual engagement tools like two-way video, screen sharing, and annotation to quickly resolve customer support issues. This application is the remedy for dreadful telephone IVR routing and call center experiences.
My Role
Led user experience design for Live Experience, collaborating with cross-location teams. Focused on refining user experiences with a user-centric design approach, ensuring simplicity and efficiency. Played a vital role in streamlining product development and testing processes by breaking down and crafting user stories to support the Project Manager.

Unity Data Platform by Oracle
About
Unity Data Platform is a massive data aggregator and processor. It gathers disparate data from internal and external sources, does advanced analysis, augments, cleans, and standardizes your data, and then rewrites it into logical tables so that you can consume it.
My Role
Led UX design for Unity Data Platform, collaborating cross-location with development teams and Product Managers. Transformed extensive JSON tables into a Graphical User Interface Platform, vital for efficient marketing and research, analyzing customer data for churn and sentiments.
